Cancellation policy

You have 48 hours to cancel your reservation from the time of booking.  After that you have up to 7 days to cancel with a 50% refund. Once your reservation has been booked beyond the 7 days no cancellations will receive a refund.

We will be unable to make credit or cancellation exceptions due to weather delays or disruptions. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance due to possible weather shifts and storm progressions. 

If COVID-19 affects your future travel plans, Joie Inn's cancellation policy will apply.
